Hi! I’m Grant Thomas, and welcome to my personal Blog about our family journey with a decade of driving an electric cars, installing Renewable Energy and the decisions and pitfalls along the way.
As a day job, I’ve been with IBM over 23 years and currently Product Owner for Global Internal Help Desks. Outside work I’ve been an early adopter of many technologies including Solar Panels installed on our family home in 2011, my first Electric Car back in 2012, then Solar Thermal systems, Smart electric systems and most recently battery storage and Smart Meter time-of -day charging.
